Dear Parishioners, Is it fall yet? Even though we have had some hot weather (and storms) these past few weeks, it has certainly felt like it around the offices at the church. Our staff has been planning and organizing things for the fall months and a return to what looks like a fairly normal schedule of in person meetings and activities. What can you look forward to? Of course, Faith Formation is always a priority here for children, youth, adults and those wanting to join the Catholic Faith. Make sure you check our bulletin and website for registration information for Children and Youth classes, Bible Studies, RCIA and many other activities. Once again, we will be offering P3 in the Fall (Prayer, Penance, and Pub) as well as other opportunities for Sunday and daily Masses, and adoration of the Holy Eucharist. But none of this would not be possible without volunteers! I am still very pleased with the number of volunteers that we had for Vacation Bible School. As the fall activities and programs unfold, there is still a need for volunteers for our Parish Picnic on September 11, Coffee and Donut crews for Sundays, volunteers around the parish for Faith Formation and Youth Ministry, the office, care of the parish grounds, etc. If you have the time, we could certainly use your help! Also, Fr. Tom will be re-organizing our Altar Server volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering please call, stop by, or email our office. Thanks for reading! Fr. Mark
