Dear Parishioners, As we end the month of September and begin the month of October, it’s time for us to thank Fr. Antony Rajesh for his service to our parish these past few months. He is leaving us for his next assignment. Our prayers and thoughts go with Fr. Antony and we wish him well in Tanzania! We are thankful that the Missionaries of St. Francis continue to provide priests to assist us in our diocese. October also marks the month of the Rosary. October is dedicated to Our Lady and in particular this month, I would like to request that you intercede Our Lady for more vocations to the priesthood. As a parish community, we all know that we have had quite a few priests in and out of here during the past few months. God willing, we will have one ordination to the priesthood next summer for the Kalamazoo diocese. Unfortunately, this does not keep up with what may happen in the course of a year. Please make this your special prayer throughout the month of October that more men will hear the Lord’s call to priesthood. Thanks for reading! Fr. Mark
