The Migrant Ministry Team wants to thank all who so generously contributed to Migrant Ministry this summer. - The format changed this year because the camp we have serviced for 20 summers no longer housed families. Our team decided we could best serve this ministry by sharing our donations with various other camps throughout the diocese. We were able to deliver welcome bags filled with household supplies and toiletries to 43 families in six different camps. We also shared bags filled with snacks and drinks, which the children loved, as well as some clothing and small toys. Coordinating with missionary priests and sisters from Columbia, who work for our diocese in the summer, we were able to share with migrant families throughout the diocese. Your generosity to this ministry exudes Christ’s message of loving our neighbor. Thank you, again.
