The Altar Server's Ministry is a unique one in the Catholic Church. Other than priests and deacons, no one else is allowed to so closely play a part in the preparation of the Eucharist. As an Altar Server, your child will do things that others will never do. They will learn things that others will never know. They will see the Mass in ways that others may never see it.
We have scheduled a 1-hour training session for new altar servers at 4 pm on Thursday, January 23rd in the main Church. Please take some time to discuss the ministry of the Altar Server with your child.
