  $25 for 1 Child
  $50 for Family of 2+ kids
  $25 Supplemental fee for year two Sacramental Formation
  $25 late fee for registering after August 31, 2024
  If you are interested in being a catechist, assistant, or substitute, put a note in the note section below or let Michelle know. Your registration fee will be waived. Thank you for prayerfully considering.
  Full payment for the family is due at the time of registration and can be made using our Online Giving and Payments Portal. If you are uncomfortable or do not have the means to pay the fee online you can register by phone and pay the fee by cash/check in the office at the time of registration. Scholarships are available if money is an issue please contact Michelle Zawadzki.
  
  No child will be denied Catholic Faith Formation. Scholarships are available. If for any reason you cannot afford the book fees or program fees, please contact Michelle Zawadzki.
  
  Sacramental Formation for Confirmation in our Diocese is a two-year program. The two-year program as defined by St. Catherine's Church is from September - May.
